Up to now, Bison has develop series wear resistant products, shaft bushings, self-lubricating bushing, pin shaft, concrete hose ends and concrete pump parts. There are various material for the wear resistance, such as 40Cr, 20CrMo, 20CrMoTi, 15CrMo, GC15, 37Mn5, Tungsten carbide and etc. The heat treatment includes induction hardened, Carburization, quenching, tempering and etc. The hardness of the surface of the bushing and parts are HRC 50~67. The bushings and spare parts have good performance in quality and service life. The shaft bushing in production line has all the generations of the bushings including the blind holes bushing. All the standard products are availble. We alos offer OEM and ODM service. Our technicial team is specially good at customization.
