The construction of the new production line summarizes the production experience of cellulose ether over the years, focusing on solving the problems of product consistency in production and stability in use, which can be realized in the production line design, and 12 integrated horizontal reactors are introduced to establish a DCS control center. The entire production system is monitored by the control center, so that the feeding, metering, temperature, pressure, etc. in the product production process can be fully automated, which greatly improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and ensures safe production. The entire production process is completed in a closed environment, eliminating the impact of external conditions and human intervention on product quality, and solving the technical problem of poor consistency of domestic products.
