Presently, Aosen metal has 6 large workshops covering an area of 210,000 square meters, include fully automatic unmanned acid pickling workshop, low relaxation pre-stressed steel strands production workshop, galvanized iron wire workshop, and galvanized steel wire workshop.

We have 12 PC strands production lines, the annual production capacity is 430,000 tons of pre-stressed concrete strands.

We have 11 galvanized iron wire production lines, and 4 galvanized steel wire production lines, the annual production capacity is 350,000 tons of galvanized iron wire, and 150,000 tons of galvanized steel wire.

Aosen Metal possesses leading domestic production equipment, adopts mature and advanced acid pickling and phosphating processes, and has sufficient production capacity, making it one of the best partner for infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally.

Aosen Metal have complete testing equipment, including 5 tensile testing machines with a capacity of 100 tons and 150 tons, as well as 4 relaxation testing machines, metallograph instruments, torsion machines, bending machines, etc.
