The sealing elements produced by the company are compliance with international standards API5CT-2018GB/T9711-2017GB/T8163-2018GB/T3091-2015 (the sealing bearing pressure reaches 200MPa), which is in the leading position in this industry. The products also cover cylinder seal, rotary seal, metallurgical seal such as steel-making and rolling pipe, special seal for oil well fracturing in petroleum and petrochemical industry, scroll seal for air conditioning in new energy automobile industry, etc. Our company has independently developed and produced the main driving seals and articulated seals for full-face tunnel boring machines. It has made outstanding contributions to the localization of the main drive seal of shield machine and filled in the blank of domestic production of shield sealing rings. The products are suitable for different types of shield machines, such as earth pressure, mud, TBM, etc. and can be applied to the construction of different equipment under different geological conditions. The life time and performance have reached the advanced level of foreign countries. At present, the shield sealing produced by our company has been applied to shield machine equipment of host manufacturing unit, construction and maintenance unit. Through extensive use and verification by construction units, favourable comment and economic benefits have been achieved. Domestic shield sealing is gradually replacing foreign products. With strict enterprise production standards and manufacturing stable and reliable products, the company has passed GB/T19001-2016/ISO 9001-2015 international quality management system standards. We participated in the formulation of Rubber Seal for Full Section Tunneling Machine national standards , which is promulgated and implemented of in September 2018.
