Cangzhou RuiYi Prestressed Machinery Co., Ltd. locates in Hebei, China and covers over 10000㎡. It’s a professional post tensioning wedge manufacture with experience over 10 years. There are 1 CNC cutting machine, 2 forging machines, 18 CNC tapping machines, 20 CNC splitting machines, 16 CNC engraving machines, 1 heat treatment line and 1 auto-inspection & assembling machines. With these equipment, the production capacity is about 100,000 sets per day normally. In order to meet customer's requirements, OEM and ODM service could be provided, also we could help providing technical drawings. Now our products are applied in the construction of bridge, mines, tall buildings etc. in east-south Asia, Middle east, America. Hope we could support you in the near future!
Production Flow:
The wedge production includes 8 parts, which are:
Cutting-raw material 20CrMnTi Bars are cut into small pillars as required.
Forging-After cutting, it will be punched central holes by CNC forging machine.
Engraving-After forging, it will be cut to required size and angle by CNC engraving machines.
Tapping-after engraving, it will be tapped to certain thread shape and size as required.
Splitting-After tapping, it will be cut into 3 or 2 pcs as required.
Heat Treatment-After splitting, it will be heat treatment at 890℃.
Assembling-After treatment, it will be inspected and assembled by auto machine.
Packing-Finally, it will be packed into box or bucket as per requirements.

Inspection:
1. Raw material Inspection-Checking the raw material report of supplier.
2. Inspection after Cutting-Weight inspection after cutting.
3. Inspection after Engraving-Size and shape inspection of product.
4. Inspection after Splitting-Size and shape inspection of thread.
5. Inspection after heat Treatment-Hardness inspection.
6. Inspection before packing-Auto machine inspection.
Quality inspection department:
In order to achieve 100% quality internal holes and a closed-loop quality management system, our company has purchased all the equipment required for anchor and clip testing, including high-precision projectors for measuring dimensions, Rockwell hardness testers for hardness testing, and Elemental analyzers for materials, grinders for material testing, Vickers hardness testers for testing carbon layer thickness and core hardness, etc. Achieved full-process testing from raw materials to finished products. This has made a qualitative leap in our product quality control. This makes our quality management system more perfect and our quality more guaranteed.
